The 2nd ASEM Transport Ministers' Meeting carried the theme, "Asia-Europe Connect: Green, Secure and Efficient". The 10th ASEM FMM will be held in the Royal Palace of Godollő, near the Hungarian capital Budapest. The theme will be on "Working Together on Non-Traditional Security Challenges", and will focus on cooperation in the fields of non-traditional security challenges, such as natural disasters, terrorism, the spread of weapons of mass destruction, illegal arms trafficking and organised crime, and migration departing from crisis points.
