The government of Japan, together with the European Commission will organise the ASEM Seminar on Adaptation to Climate Change. Hosted by H.E. Mr. Shinsuke Sugiyama (Director-General for Global Issues of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan), this event will be held on 2-3 October 2008 in Tokyo, Japan.
